Workshop at the ''Akvarij''

A seminar called ''New models of managing cultural resources'', organized as a part of the ''Učionica'' (Classroom) program intended for professionals in culture, was held at the University Student center's Cafe ''Akvarij'' at the University of Rijeka Campus from 19 to 21 November 2017. The seminar was organized by the ''Kultura nova'' Foundation and the ''Rijeka European Capital of Culture 2020'' project, with the help of University of Rijeka as their partner.

The seminar was organized as an event preceding the international and interdisciplinary conference called ''Participatory Management in Culture: Research on Practice, Theory and Policy. Let's do it together.'' which takes place in Rijeka from 22 to 24 November 2017. The conference is organized by the ''Kultura nova'' Foundation and the ''Rijeka European Capital of Culture 2020'' as their partner, in collaboration with the European Cultural Foundation and the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA), with the support of the Central European Initiative intergovernmental forum. It is marked as an event of the European Network on Cultural Management and Policy (ENCATC). The conference is a part of the ''Participatory Management Approaches in Culture'' project supported by the UNESCO's International Fund for Cultural Diversity.
